The Problem

Recruiters using existing platforms faced significant challenges with insufficient visibility into AI decision-making. While AI tools promised faster candidate screening, they often felt like black boxes — leaving recruiters unable to trust or understand the recommendations, resulting in widespread disregard for system suggestions.

The workflow was fragmented across multiple tools for sourcing, screening, and evaluation. Recruiters spent 4.2 hours daily on manual review, and hiring managers reported frequent misalignment — with 41% of new hires showing performance gaps within the first 90 days.
